No other warranties are expressed or implied. If you are not satisfied with your order arrival, return it immediately packed in the same manner as it was shipped to you with an explanation. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of actual purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items unless it is our error. We do not accept returns nor refund products that are opened or partially used.

We never sell nor share your name and information with anyone, anytime, ever.

Full payment or Bank Card Authorization must accompany each order. We will deposit your check upon receipt, and should any refunds be necessary, refund will be with our business check.

We ship FedEx and US Postal Service. Shipping addresses going FedEx must include a street name and house number or delivery instruction and phone number. FedEx won't deliver to Post Office Boxes. We ship immediately upon receipt of your order unless we are out of stock and are awaiting a new shipment. We will make every effort to contact you if there is to be any delay.

We no longer ship teas world wide. We will still ship to Canada and Japan only outside of the U.S. These countries seem to have the most reliable postal service. A fee of $2.00 USD will be added to orders going outside of the U.S. due to extra paperwork involved for customs.
