Small white finely hairy flowers which are roundish and tubular, from May-July (may vary) here, on medium green foliage.  Vigorous, bushy habit about 6' tall or higher.  It is a Cape Heath from South Africa.  Therefore, only hardy to about 28 degrees F. but has been known to survive 20 F. We grow them successfully in the greenhouses here in Western Washington with no heat.  In the odd very cold spell, we take them into a more protected facility.  Needs an acid soil mix. Likes moist conditions.  This one is vigorous! With time, they can be small trees.
