Harstine Island Theatre Club....This grass-roots organization organized by a small troupe of enthusiastic islanders has grown to be an important group numbering eighty or more thespians ranging in age from two to ninety-two. They present three to four shows each year ranging from big-time hits to home-grown creations. They seek to develop new talent by involving the youth of the community and by awarding annual scholarships to individuals who elect to pursue higher education in the theatre arts.
